I received these as a free set during their buy 5 get 1 free promotion. At first glance, I wouldn't have chosen these nails, but after applying them, I kinda crushed on these nails myself!
The colors are so cute and vibrant, I got many compliments for these nails. Unfortunately, it got a 3 stars because I lost the gems on the thumbs basically the next day. AT LEAST they were symmetrical on both hands, but when I lost the gem on the middle finger on my left hand, I started to fall out of love for these nails.
The resin used to attached those gems were not strong enough. In addition, I could still see the numbers of the nails when I held it up to the light. It's not too obvious or anything, but if you stare at the nails for a while, you might also feel that the paint used on the nails needed another coat or two.
I'm just being picky, but I think it's important for those interested to know!
I think I took a size too small, but they are still great, easy to put on my nails and really beautiful. I wanted to test with these, I think I'll command new ones soon
Hana is very very accommodating, I asked for a return since the nails were longer than I anticipated. Instead Hana suggested a resize for shorter length, I assumed that they’d want me to return the set of nails I received but insisted that I keep it and they would send out a free set with the same design but shorter in length. I’ll definitely buy more sets in the future !
Took longer than projected to arrive. Once it did arrive, it wasn't even the correct size. Owner doesn't want to refund me, just wants to send correct product. I told her I don't even want it anymore. Refuses to refund me.
Worst experience I ever had with a business.
Haven't tried them on yet but can't wait to! They look great and are very well made.
