FAQ

Why don't they need glue?

The lash clusters each have a thin and transparent soft gel strip attached to the roots, so they can be applied directly.

Are they reusable?

Yes. As long as the adhesive strip is sticky, they can be reused. For safety we recommend you use 2-3 times per cluster before changing new ones.

How long can they hold?

They hold all day for each wear. They're waterproof and sweatproof for daily use. However, we don't recommend showering or sleeping with them on. You can re-apply after removing.

I’ve gotten so many compliments on my nails!

I’ve gotten so many compliments on my nails. People asked me where I went and I just tell them the truth they are press ons. Personally, the glue tabs were a learning curve and took time getting use to. They’ve lasted me about a week and they are perfect. Give them a chance cause I’m the long run they are worth it.

I made an accidental order of my fav press ons in Electric White, in size S instead of XS. 7 packs I bought because I love them so much. Cats eye, short square shape, gorgeous holographic blue and pink shimmer. What’s not to like for a busy, solo mum of two?

What did Hanakoko do!? Replace the entire order FREE OF CHARGE. No exchange or returns costs (even though I insisted, as it was my mistake).

So I’ve given away the inappropriate size to my friends/strangers who compliment my nails (I carry them around in my bag to give away. I have 7 boxes!), to gift them of not only beautiful nails but to share a fantastic brand/service that I have never come across in my life.
